How fast do you deliver?

We deliver within 24 hours anywhere in Switzerland. For orders placed before 2pm on weekdays, same-day delivery may even be available depending on your region.

How are my flowers packaged?

In a double-walled box with a water pouch and tissue paper. Stems travel upright and hydrated, and your personal message is tucked inside.

How long do the bouquets last?

We guarantee freshness for at least 7 days . Most customers enjoy their flowers well beyond that thanks to our care tips included with the bouquet.

Can I choose the delivery date and time?

Yes, you can choose the delivery date at checkout, as well as a time slot (morning or afternoon) depending on the delivery area.

Where do your flowers come from?

We work with committed Swiss and European growers. Bouquets marked 🇨🇭 are made exclusively of Swiss flowers.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn't been prepared by the florist yet — contact us and we'll handle it swiftly.
